so i turned 28 last wednesday ;)

got lots of wishes thru fb and sms and some friends ade yg call - thanks sweets ;))

my family called early morning - nyanyi bday song ;) love u too bits..

hubs plan nak amek cuti - but had to cancel sbb ade meeting ngan org2 besar..so i spent the day with my siblings instead..bawak diorg makan n lepak klcc jap..actually ajak diorang teman bday shopping..hehehe...

bought mom a present coz the reason i am here celebrating my bday is because of her jugak and giving birth is not easy people!!! please remember to say thank you to ur mom on ur bday ok!! ;)

anyways bought mom a sling bag from zara coz shes been hinting she wanted one last week....

she lovess it!! ;)

and for me...

alhamdulillah after 4 years dok ding dong ding dong ..should i get one..or not..yes..no...membazir...tak membazir... i finally got myself my first LV ;)

for some people it might not be a big deal..but for me..mcm..hmm...its a huge deal...mmg teringin..but i had to think about so many things if i wanted to get it...i had to think about other people...but i guess..sometimes tak salah nak beli something untuk diri sendiri kan ;)

so dats it..no bday dinner or anything..just something for myself,my mom and had a good time with my famile ;)

alhamdulillah..bersyukur for everything Allah has given me in the past...and i hope that 28 will be another great year for me..insyaAllah ;)

aim this year rm100,000 savings..insyaAllah....

yes its 2 am and im blogging..actually balik from app tadi demam..pastu makan ubat trus tido kol 630..kol 10 kot terjaga..hidung meleleh..tekak pedih..cuaca now its very bad its really affecting my health..doesnt help that im still throwing up everything i eat..i pray that my sickness ni cepat berlalu..tak tahan sgt..please pray for me too k... ;)

now tak bleh nak tdo :(

tak tau nak tulis psal ape so decided to write about premium beautiful..something im most passionate about..why..? not just because im selling it..but also because im wearing it (tho skrg ni take a break jap coz preggie kan )

i love this corset coz it helped me a lot when i wanted to loose weight..it helped me during that time of the month and helped me cramp-free! klu tak mesti berguling-guling everytime period...and it helped me with my backache..eversince delivered aqil ive been having backache yg teruk and everytime pakai pb..voila!! hilang sakit belakang..and i remember it helped ne masa tgh pantang...i remember my peranakan jatuh in the 3rd week pantang and it hurt like hell..mcm nak terberanak balik..walking was painful..dukung aqil brought tears to my eyes..not happy tears..but painful ones..mmg sakit giler..panggil makcik urut..dah urut 2 days pun still sakit..pakai bengkung pun still sakit..last2 sarung jer long girdle for one night..alhamdulillah..the next day trus ok..made me believe in the corset even more...

plus mmg cepat giler kecut bila pakai pb masa pantang..the only reason i didnt wear it to ofis masa dah naik keje co i couldnt fit in the cup..sbb breastfeeding kan..so cam sgt berbeza dengan masa before pregnant..

also..pb helped me generate more income than i could ever imagined..masa mula2 kerja dulu..i was the type of employee yg say yes jer..setuju with everything..like when there was no increament i didnt make a noise..or OT kene tarik balik also i redha jer..but then still buat ot..i was the kind yg akan get involved with the activities..kira baiklaa aku ni..soh dtg PH pun g..weekend pun masuk keje..but gaji rm2k++ jer..kira2 klu dah jadi senior or super visor or team lead in like 5-7 years time maybe dapat like rm5k camtu..but of course with higher ranking comes more responsibilities and more hours into work..but somehow..still ada rasa satisfied bila dapat complete keje and reporting dengan jayanya..i tot..ok laa gaji 2k++ ..asalkan keje best..

but actually bila buat bisnes ni..u put in a lot of energy on the bisnes..you get rewarded ikut ur effort..takde tolak sana sini..and actually..its more satisfying..alhamdulillah..dengan pakai pb i got the chance to know about the bisnes and joined the bisnes and get solid income thru the bisnes..mmg kepuasan die lain giler laa nak banding dengan keje ofis dulu.. ;)

mmg biasa mula2 join bisnes ni or even masa nak beli pb ni got negative reaction from other people...

i remember masa buat post about wanting to buy pb ke mcm mana..one of my guy friends ckp that mengarut jer nak beli..he said the fir is a lie and ape ntah..the thing is..im not a science girl..i actually care not abt the fir ape..my mom pakai for 15 years and it worked for her..dat alone was good enuf for me ;) he also mentioned about people lying in the testimonials sbb diorg nak jual the pb to people..i guess..ade kot yg tipu..but being in this business...and meeting so many people yg pakai pb..actually..im pretty sure that most of the testimonials u read online are the truth..i lost 10kgs in 3 month without dieting..and i have pictures to prove it..but if ade org ingat im lying then thats up to them kan..ade one friend smsed my husband ckp if i photoshoped my picture..adeke..??? haishh..pakai photoshop pun tak reti..apecer...lil!

ade jugak dpt feedbacks from my friends yg hubby tak bagi beli coz tgk makcik/sepupu sepapat pakai tak kurus pun...when i sell pb i will tell that persob. u need to wear pb 8 hours a day..when u eat..and dah rasa penuh..stop..jgn nak habiskan jugak...theb beats the purpose pakai corset laa kan..listen to what ur body is telling u...baru laa jadi pakai pb ni..agak klu pakai seminggu 2-3 kali..pastu hari2 yg lain melantak cam hape..mmg laaa susah nak nampak effect..kan? tgk dulu org tu pakai mcm mana baru boleh kata berkesan ke tak actually..hmm..

mmg there is always something bad yg org nak ckp..but why focus on the negative when there are 1001 positive things about the corset...i do research and all..read both the good and the bad..but always make my own mind about things...coz i truly believe everyone ckp something ade motive or reason disebalik..they will always be biased..same goes for me..

i think mcm dah tersasar dari tajuk? ke tak? ntah laa...i need to sleep..having bad migrain now..lapar..sakit tekak..dok minum air non stop also going to the loo non stop..haihhh...

had a debate with hubs psal designer handbag before he went to sleep tadi..but dats another post..right..

Alhamdulillah..2012...how was your new year's eve? mine was on bed at 930pm ;) - i'll tell u what happened later...aqil had a blast tho with his uncles and aunties ;)

today is already the 8th of january..why so late this post? why no Happy New Year post? heck..why the hiatus? my last post was like 2 month ago? oh no..dec i think..hmm..

i want to tell you why earlier..but i didnt want to jinx it...i still think its too early to tell you guys now..but i guess..whatever...i want my first post in 2012 a happy post... so i'm giving you the good news 3 weeks earlier than i intend to...

PREGNaNT !!! ;)

alhamdulillah...starting 2012 with a really generous blessing from Allah ;)

i am now in my 10th week...(if im not mistaken-the date of my first day of my last period is kinda blurry..) and nope..have not gone for a checkup yet.. asked a few of my friends..all said they started went for checkup after the 3rd month..so i guess no rush eyh..insyaAllah i have a strong feeling that my baby is doing just great inside.. ;)

a few things about this pregnancy

* i first had this gut feeling that im pregnant when aqil was making such a tantrum one day - i know he's much like me - full of drama but this time it was different..this time it was drama overload!! even mr hubs was like - apsal dengan aqil tu?

* one fine morning - without any reason for mr hubs to even feel sick - we had the same food the night before and if there was something wrong with the food i would be the first to be sick-which in this case i was perfectly fine - mr hubs started throwing up like crazy!!for no reason- he said he felt loya and wanted oranges (please note my hubs hardly gets sick! like once a year-seriously!) .. he immediately looked at me and said - i think we're pregnant..lol!

*hubs was the one who bought the kit and asked me to test then and there ;) once i said the results is positive - he was the one jumping with joy - me at that time had mixed feelings...not that i was not happy or grateful - but i was worried (dont worry-im ok now ;) ) - i dont know if i was ready to have another one..but i gueas..Allah knows best right ;) alhamdulillah..

*my sickness this time around? worst than the time i carried aqil! it started i think 2-3 weeks after i knew i was pregnant...its worst at night- the toilet bowl is my best friend now (yup until now!) and i'll always wake up in the morning feeling ridiculously HUnGRY like ive not ate in a hundred years! no kidding..coz my stomach is totally empty co of the non stop vomiting at night :(

* i cant stand sitting in front of the pc for too long - explains why i havent been blogging for the past few weeks ;p i just get really diZZY and start throwing up if i spend too much time on the pc - even now im blogging using my phone.. i do everything on my phone now..got to love my new S2! ;)

*i had fever not once but 3 times already coz of the constant vomiting- made my tonsils swell like crazy - everytime bengkak id get a fever.. i will be honest and say i did not handle my sickness very well..i was whining and whining and whining..kesian hubs..tak psal jer..but well..i blame the hormones! hahaha...

* i am a nescafe addict! and not able to take the normal amount of caffein turned me into a monster - haha..no laa..more like having migrain every day...but for the sake of my baby..tahan laa jugak..and suddenly one day..i couldnt stand the smell of nescafe!! boleh? now im nescafe free for almost 1 month already..yeay me!

*i actually lost weight!!! 3 ke 4 kg ntah? i remember with aqil..i instantly gained like 5kilos during the first trimester-even with sickness and all..and now my jeans are loose! the one yg masa anak dara itu..haha..i dont know if im happy or worried abt this?

*im still breastfeeding aqil- some say its ok..some say its not..i dunno..my motherly instinct says its ok..just dat i need to drink a lot of milk and take extra supplement coz i easily get tired and im getting cramps every other day..my first prenancy..i only had the cramps once..itupun dah 7 month..but now..seriously..tak tahan...i know i need to start to teach aqil to stop but its so hard..i tried not giving him one day..bagi botol..he cried and cried and cried...for almost an hour sampai sedu2..sian dier..so now..slowly laa ajar..i hopr he'll stop soon ;)

i guess..dats all for now..nak bersiap for a business activity today - going to an orphanage!

last friday bonus masuk,maka acara wajib everytime hari bonus is bawak aqil pergi toys r us ;)

biasa pergi toys r us kat plaza damaa jer sbb dekat dengan rumah n nursery aqil tapi this time pergi ou punya sbb baru renovate and dengar citer mcm besar and more toys (mcm biasa jer tapi)

aqil of course not interested in anything else except for cars...tunjuk laa bende lain semua no...maka dapatlaaa lagi 5 bijik kereta and 1 truck aritu..hmmm..

tapi bukan itu yg i nak cerita...ternampak ade cotton on kids lepas klua dari toys r us tu..before this cotton on kids ade kat pyramid jerrr ..so mcm excited nampak trus meluru masuk..mmg suka giler baju and seluar and kasut budak kat cotton on kids tu...

saje tengok2 n cari kasut sbb aqil only ade sepasang kasut (yg tertinggal kat rumah kak lily) and one sandle yg yg die muat...usha2...ttiba nampak section kasut rm15!!!!!!

How do I determine my body shape?

The easiest way is to stand in front of a full length mirror, and observe the relationship between your shoulders, hips and waist. Tip: Be sure the mirror is standing straight, or attached to the wall. A leaning mirror may distort your true shape. This relationship will help you determine which of the six body types you fall into. Keep in mind that the six body shapes outlined below are a guide, and not everyone fits definitively into one category or another. You may be a mix of two shapes, or your shape might even change based on where you gain or lose weight.

Triangle (aka Pear)

Identifiers:

The width of your chest is proportionately narrower than your hips.
You typically have narrow shoulders
The bottom half of your body is generally fuller. (Hips, thighs, butt)

Inverted Triangle

Identifiers:

Proportionally large bust and/ or broad shoulders
Narrow hips and slim legs

Hourglass

On my bed testing this new app on my phone...

Went to the curve last night to meet my divas..had a really good group discussion...a few exciting projects on the way...

This is why i super love thia business is that u dont u do it alone...we do it together as a team.. ;)

Wore the new top that i made..i just love it to pieces..coz its super comfy,the lenght is just right and i dont have to check if any of my skin is showing every other minute...

After the meeting,had another meeting with my great leader salha with a few other at starbucks..was so tempted to have coffee but i just had oreo milkshake at secret recipe earlier so decided not to...too much sugar in one day not good ..plus it was already 11pm then...was not feeling very well so i kept quiet the whole session..hmm...

Brought aqil n hubs along sbb lately i have a hard time driving at night or even driving long distance..rasa seperti mahu pitam...went back earlier than the rest ..coz aqil nak menyusu and it was already midnight...dah resah mahu tido..hes still sleeping beside me now...anak teruna i mmg suka bgn lambat..

Baru perasan terlupa nak amek gambar dengan salha and the other leaders...hmm...i did find the session smlm super useful and helped me a bit in developing my team...thanks salha for the great advice and tipa and all..ur great ;)

Oklaaa..need to iron mr hubs baju for work..;)

this one I potong from the kaftan I made untuk dinner DHL dulu...sayang sbb dah tak pakai kan..love the material, the pattern and the color combo...

this one actually cost me RM3!! hehehe... I made this one extra long..pakai dengan jacket kale light koko smart :)

this is my latest and absolute favourite!!! :) mmg mencabar nak jahit sbb kain chiffon..still under progress bab corsage hitam yg besar gedabak tu...nak tambah some pearls and crystals...meletop u!! pakai ngan blazer hitam...uu la la~~

got a few more fabrics...tgh cari idea nak try pattern lain pulak... :)

its actually not so much about the money saving (or maybe it is?) but more to the satisfaction dapat buat pilih kain sendiri, ikut pattern sendiri, labuh sendiri...i likeee... :)

have you ever went into a store, picked up a very cute sleeveless top that you think will look total cute in ur skinny jeans and new cardigan, only to find that cute tiny thing cost a bomb!?!!?

I mean, come on , RM99 for a sleeveless and very the jarang top is a bit much kan? even if u have the money to spend... well, I donno about u..but I was not raised up like that.... my father always tell me to spend wisely :)

so what do I do??

DIY honey!!!!

its pretty easy,

1- buy a fabric which u like - if sleeveless 1 meter is enuf!

2- find a top that u already have, make a pattern by tracing it on a paper (mahjung/oil/newspaper) , lebihkan 2 inch for seam allowance + to be safe , cut the pattern

3- trace the pattern on ur fabric , cut the fabric

4-snip-sew-snip-sew

tadaaaaaa.... wear it with a cardigan and ur ready to go!! :)

the best part is, this way u can control the length of the top -no more tersingkat and also the neck of the top....i prefer it to be high so bila pakai tudung takdelaa pening2 nak cover or risau ternampak bahagian2 yg tak patut nampak tu... coz normally sleeveless tops bnyknya the opening is very low yg sampai boleh nampak cleavage tu....agak tak sesuai untuk kita yg pakai tudung..ye dak??

and this top only cost me....... RM8 !!!!!! LOVE!

its been a long time

since my last post, mostly because Aqil ruined my card reader (again!) why he loves card readers so much i dont understand, this is the 5th one he broke in 5 month! nasib baiklaaaa card reader tu murah jer so takde laa ralat sgt...

I've been down with fever for 4 days, starting last friday...I swear I hate being sick..the headache, the vomiting, the coughing, the running nose, org kata bila kita sakit teruk some of our sins diampunkan...insyaAllah...i hope so, agak bnyk betul dosa since I often get sick especially food poisoning... i dont know whats wrong with my body ni, dulu makan luar ok jer, now sensitif betul perut..eversince jadi housewife ni kot...asek masak sendiri jer..boleh ker mcm tu...

you're wondering why I am like writing nonsense.. well i dunno...woke up my heart was beating so fast, then a lot of things went thru my head, somethings about what will happen, somethings about what was happening the past few weeks...overwhelming..seperti mahu membebel kat somebody, but hubs went to work pretty early this morning, tak dan nak bersembang....

I got a few fabrics last week I want to make into tops for myself - ingat nak jahit masa weekend but since demam, terbantut, now no mood...but tgh otak bercelaru ni, I guess a little sewing could really help..or not? hmmm..taktau laa...going off to seremban to meet a client today at 11am..taknak buat kerja separuh jalan..

lil sis just finished her SPM papers yesterday.yeay her! she says shes going to hibernate for i dont know how long, not enuf sleep she said...well..sleep sis...when u decide to wake up let me know, i'll bring you to the movies or somewhere, but please dont ask me again to bring you to Korea...ajak mak..I am not into any K-anuthing...drama, pop..whatever...I do like their make-up tho..hmmm

when someone you care about ask you to do something ...related to another person u care about - against your own believes....it really puts you in a difficult position and everything becomes awkward and you start to have conflict dalam diri...and you start to ~~hate~~ think back about everything...hmm...lets drop this, i really dont want to start anything...haishh...

5 month back I got a scare when my period was 12 days late..I was sooo not ready for a second one, then 3 2 month back, watching Aqil playing alone, me and hubs said, ok laa maybe time for a playmate for Aqil, when I got my period then, somehow, deep down inside me, I was relieved...I thought I was ready, but I guess I'm not? I dunno....dat day when I had my fever, 2-3 people told me..."ntah..ntah..." but i think..no..it was just a normal fever berjangkit dari Aqil..I mean, normally you should have like instinct for these kind of things right? how do u know ur ready or not? let it be....malas nak pk...

I've been downloading and watching pretty little liars...love love love the outfits those girls wear...especially the blazers..semua pun smart..hmm...love the storyline jugak....hmm

lapar gilerrr.....i hdad dinner at 630 yesterday...pastu out awal coz mkn ubat batuk...hmm...what to eat?mlsnya nk p dapur..cereals dh habis plak tu..hmm...

RAISE YOUR CHILDREN TO BE OPTIMISTS

had a chat with a mother of 3, also a teacher in one a well known Montessori in Malaysia, she told me the first 6 years of a child's life is the most crucial time where this is when they absorb everything, the good, the bad, ..everything...sbb itu we have to watch our action and our language in front of our child...this is also the best time to teach them language, so I've been asking my SIL to speak Arabic with him, my bro's fiance to speak chinese with him (tho he mets her like once a month jer kot?), kat nursery the kids are mostly Japanese so obviously they speak Japan language - hopefully Aqil can catch up sket2, maybe besar sket boleh hantar p kelas or something, and I try my best to speak all english with him...coz I know BM will definitely come naturally kan..hahaha..tamak tak? anyways..i think its ok to expose to him from early age, altho at this age die takde laa paham sgt kan...but atleast when he grows older he's fimiliar with some of the words..(i think?)

anyways, thats not actually the topic i wanted to write about, I was reading some articles and found the article below on how to raise your children to be optimists..mcm menarik jer, so I just had to share...

THE OPTIMISTIC CHILD : RAISE YOUR CHILDREN TO BE OPTIMISTS

The benefits of optimism have been proven many times over by research. Optimists enjoy better health and increased longevity over pessimists, experience less stress, and achieve more in life. While much of our personality traits are inborn, you can influence your child’s tendency toward optimistic or pessimistic thinking: optimism can be taught! Here are some ways you can help instill this valuable trait and raise the optimistic child:

Here's How:

1. Help Them Experience Success:

Children develop self-esteem and optimism by experiencing success, even in the face of some challenges. So, starting young, let your child do things for themselves (with you in a supporting role rather than doing for them), and acknowledge their success. For example, even if it takes more work on your part, allow small children to take on household responsibilities like sorting socks, putting their toys away, etc., and acknowledge their efforts.

2. Give Credit For Success:

When your child faces a success, help them see how they contributed to it, and label those actions as strengths. For example, “You did well on your test. You’re really smart!” or “You’re a hard worker to have been so prepared!” You don’t need to tell them something’s great when it isn’t (children can sense false praise), but giving them credit for their own accomplishments builds self-efficacy and contributes to optimism.

3. Look For Future Success:

When dealing with successes, focus on what traits in the child made the success

possible, and examine other successes that can come from these traits. Going back to the example of the high test score, you may mention that the strong work ethic and intelligence that went into the successful test can help them reach other goals. You might explore what some of their goals for the future could be, whether it’s to be an astronaut or to do well in college.

4. Don’t Praise Indiscriminately:

Optimism researcher Martin Seligman believes that telling a child that everything they do is great—rather than helping them experience real successes and persist in the face of reasonable obstacles—puts the child at a disadvantage, creating an overly strong self-focus and actually making them more vulnerable to depression! So validate that success, but do acknowledge when their efforts aren’t successful as well. Children learn to see through empty praise.

5. Validate, But Question:

When your child faces failure or negative situations, validate your child’s feelings, but ask questions that can cause them to see things more optimistically. For example, if another child doesn’t want to play with them, talk about their hurt feelings and let them express themselves. Then ask what other friends they may want to play with. This helps them process (rather than deny) their emotions, but puts the situation in perspective.

6. Remember Success in the Face of Failure:

When things go wrong, acknowledge your child’s feelings, but also help them focus on other successes they’ve had, look at how things can go better in the future or under different circumstances, and move on. For example, “I see you feel disappointed in your score. Maybe you’re having an ‘off’ day. You usually do better, and I’m sure you’ll do great next time.” And then get involved in another activity, or practice for future success.

7. Look For “Opportunities To Improve”:

One tenet of optimistic thinking that parents may take issue with is where optimists downplay their responsibility where failure is concerned. While it does instill optimism to look at external circumstances that may have contributed to things going awry, it’s okay to also assess what your child can personally do in the future to do better next time. Just approach it as ‘looking for opportunities to improve’ rather than a self-blame session for your child.

8. Look For The Bright Side:

Help your child see that there is good and bad in every situation, and make a game of looking for the silver linings in seemingly negative situations. For example, if your child can’t play outside because it’s raining, look at the positives of indoor play, or project what success may come from having extra time to study. Even a broken leg can bring the fun of having friends sign the cast! The game can get silly, and that’s okay, but it’s a good practice to get into.

9. Don’t Use Negative Labels:

Correct unacceptable behavior, but don’t label your child with negative labels—ever! Children tend to live up—or down—to our expectations, so if you say, “Jack’s our whiner,” or “Lucy’s our shy child,” what may have been a passing phase becomes a more permanent identity. This is much more damaging to a child’s self-concept than some parents realize, and it perpetuates the very behavior you find so objectionable!

10. Make an Example of Yourself:

Children watch us and see us as constant examples, whether we like it or not. The good news about this is that we can teach by doing. Practice optimistic thinking yourself. When you achieve success, don’t downplay it with false modesty, but give yourself credit for a job well done. When things go wrong, don’t catastrophize; put things in perspective.

one of my favorite blogger and my must read everyday blog would be Proudduck aka Vivy Yusof..

her writings and posts are always fun to read or when its on a serious subject she never fails to make it simple and easy to read and most importantly - readable for someone yg tak suka nak baca all the heavy2 stuff like me (most of the times)

she is 4 years younger than me - once my junior kat high school (1 year jer) but she inspires me a lot ..tgk all she has accomplished rasa mcam...I want to be like that....

anyways one of her recent post really inspired me (well, most of them do), titled "Silicon Valley Comes to Malaysia"

I love it when she attends events/conferences like that and shares her experience with us who dont have the chance to attend such courses..

my favorite part would be this

Entrepreneurs are strong-willed, stubborn people who do not take instructions well. The founder of Priceline.com, Jeff Hoffman, for example, gave suchhhhh an inspiring talk on how to deal with negativity. In every single idea, there will be a lot of people who will tell you negative things that might discourage you to go further.
He said when he resigned, his boss called him in and told him off and said you will never be a successful entrepreneur. Why? 3 reasons:
1) You’re not focused – you do 10 things at once
2) You’re impatient
3) You have no respect for authority
He also told him that soon, he will come begging for his job again and by then it will be too late. Jeff said that he would poke his eyes out before coming again to that office.
Anyway, he was so depressed after that, but he realised he was getting advice from the wrong people. He was listening to people who weren’t his target market, people who didn’t understand the business he wanted to go in, so whatever he thought was alien to them.
He talked to another person who understood his vision and the guy said that he’ll be a very successful man because of 3 reasons:
1) You’re a brilliant multi-tasker
2) You have a drive to get things done
3) You’re not afraid to try something new
It’s exactly the same 3 things his ex-boss said to him! In a different light.
He now owns a company worth billions of dollars (I wonder how his ex-boss feels).

A lot of them said they’re not bothered by failures. They all said we’re going to fail more than once, but get over it! It’s better to have failed than to have never tried at all.

when making a decision, get advice from the right people, the people who wants to see you berjaya...not the ones yang takut and want to see u fail..

hmm...

I guess, mmg masa mula2 its very hard to make decisions, mmg susah nak take that very first step..but when u do, u know u're right...and u will do it sampai ke sudah...and if you fail walaupun dah buat mati-matian, terima that its not meant for you and Allah ade different plans for you...but at least you TRIED and lagipun, all is not lost, you learn a lot from the experience kan..and you use those experience for your next chapter....believe, everything happens for a reason....ade hikmah di sebalik segala kejadian...insyaAllah...

remember this post when I said I wanted to clear all my "clingy" tops, had the chance to clear my wardrobe last week when Aqil was sick and I couldnt go anywhere..

I had 4 plastic bags of clothes that I dont think I would wear dah...

one of them dah bagi my sis, the other 3 ni nak bagi charity....rase lega sgt bila dah clear up the closet sbb takde laa rase tempted nak pakai baju2 yg ade depan mata tu kan...i know..i know...minda kata takleh..setan kata...bolehlaaa...one last time...heee...

anyways, the sad part....my baju tinggal banyak ni jer...(nmpk sgt baju yg tak senonoh tu bnyk sgt T__T)

ok..malas nak lipat cecantik guner pembaris ape sumer kan..but...serioussslly....TAKDE BAJU NAK PAKAI DAHHH... T__T

maka sesi mencari baju dimulakan semalam lepas jumpa all my rakan kongsi...since KLCC dah nak tutup dah masa tu..sempat usha kat Zara jer...but tak beli lagi sbb mmg tak suka beli brg dalam keadaan rushing...but ade a few tops yg mmg dah aim...cari online..tapi tak jumpa..but I have to say...bebanyak kedai masuk sebelum ni...Zara is the best :) saje google baju2 zara..

The Big Bad Wolf Book Sales!!!!

I was on the way back from meeting a client kat Putrajaya, teringat ade sales ni...heard such good reviews about it last year - and this year people dah ramai yg blogkan about this sales... last year tak sampai kenapa ntah...sbb lambat sgt tau about the sales kot...rase ralat giler tak pergi T__T.. so bila dah alang2 ade kat area sana...ingat nak singgah laa kejap... - *warning people...tiada istilah sekejap yerrrr klu pergi sales ni.... the place is HUGE!!!! diorang buat kat Hall A, MAEPS..... i think besar die cam 10-15 basketball courts kot!! kesimpulan nya mmg besar giler.. ;p

anyways..since mmg dalam kepala otak mmg nak blog about going here, dah siap sedia camera...senang let the picture do the talking lohh..

parking then kene naik shuttle to the hall sbb klu nak berjalan jauh...masa naik shuttle ni ade 2-3 org bawak beg baju yg boleh tarik tu...mmg pelik giler laa..semngat giler diorang ni nak membeli kan...

masuk2 jer this is the view....BESARRR giler...and the prices???? murah sangat laaa...paling mahal yg nampak i think rm25..but then i didnt go thru every section so tak tau laa kan..

magazine section - from rm1-5 tak silap...tak amek ape2 from this section sebab takde yg menarik minat..i guess bnyk mag yg dah habis dah since today dah hari ke-5 sales kan..

Hobbies & Crafts - I spend my 1st 1/2 hour kat section ni, cari book about sewing tapi punya banyak buku rasa mcm tak sempat nak belek satu-satu, so last last tak amek...bynk giler buku knitting and scrapbooking and card making....i think if i had more time here, i would have taken some books..hmm..

Cookery - there were like 10 tables solely for this section and I feel in love with ALL of the books here, explains why i bought 3 cook books! T__T

just nak tunjuk - ade 4 main section - Non Fiction, Fiction, Young Adult and Children (i think) - I only went to Non Fiction (the ones above) and the Children section and totally skipped the Fiction area - bukan tak minat but I had NO time!!!! had to go back pick Aqil from nursery :( klu duduk kat fiction area tu mau sampai malam tak pulang T___T

Children area die pun quite besar, ade i think 20 tables kot...BNYK giler choices!! nasib baik aqil tak pandai membaca lagi, klu tak mau berkotak aku beli..haisshhh....

going back pun naik the shuttle ke parking :)

all the books I bought - ade 11 jer kot..

these 2 untuk owner nursery Aqil and her daughter - Kak Tes slalu blanjer makan and shes been taking really good care of Aqil...so sajer beli for her. She LOVES to cook so bought her this cook book, RM15 jer!! :) and the Rupenzel for her daughter, Sara (whom Aqil adores!!!), only rm8!

Books for my lil Aqil - mostly pictures jer and one sticker activity book - price range from RM3 to RM8 jer ;)

for me! heee... 3 cookbooks...price range rm8-12 , and the Nanny to the Rescue book tu about how to handle your child from born to 6 yo..camne nak potty train, motivating ur child, training tido katil sendiri...bnyk tips yg interesting jugak laa...only RM8!! murah murah murahhhh!!!..

buy for today mmg puas hati - just tak puas hati coz takde beli any novels - mostly harga range from RM8-12 jer!!! giler murahh...shopaholic series semua rm8 per book...even twilight saga tu pun rm8 jer per book!! gossip girls series rm8 jugak kot...senang citer mmg murah laa,,,maybe will go again with mom this Sunday...hopefully dapat laa beli a few novels..walaupun takde masa nak baca, or asal baca jer Aqil kacau..but I dont care..i want i want i want :(

4. Perbetulkan kedudukannya agar selesa.

Cara Pemakaian Long Bra:

1. Sarungkan bra ke badan dan letakkan payu dara ke dalam cawan bra.
2. Lekatkan cangkuk di bahagian belakang.
3. Tarik semua lebihan lemak yang ada di bahagian belakang dan bawa ke hadapan (masukkan ke dalam cawan bra).
4. Laraskan tali bra supaya dapat kedudukan yang selesa.
5. Betulkan kedudukan bra.

3. Jemur di tempat udara mengalir.

I am trying (insyaAllah) to get rid of all my zaman anak dara body hugging tops..rasa mcam dah makin meningkat usia ni (ewahh..padahal baru 27..opppsss...) dah makin conscious about pemakaian... maybe laa not 100% perfect yet - dont think I could ever say no to wearing jeans...but baby steps people..baby steps...even lengan pun, i find it so difficult to wear long sleeve without rolling it up..rasa mcm rimass..but tu laa kan...harus belajar T__T

anyways, in order to get rid of those oh-so-sexy tops..i first need to stock up with new ones...righhhttt??? habis, nnti takde baju plak nak pakai... heee... I am still thinking what kind of tops I should buy, klu ikut hati of course laa shirts jer kan (yes, i love shirts sooooo much!!) tapi kekadang tu mau jugak nampak feminin...;p

hmmmm.... found some inspirations on the net - tapi biasala...bila nak p carik nnti kompom susah giler nak dapat yg berkenan di hati...

my lil bro is graduating today! kinda bumped tak dapat attend his graduation coz both me and aqil demam yesterday, tak larat nak take that long journey to Sintok...but nevertheless, I am so happy for him..

ingat lagi mase die baru form 4, he asked what should he take, Science ke Accountancy...my advice was, "klu nak style balaj 24/7, muka sentiasa dalam buku, ameklaa Science, klu nak blaja lepak2 mcm akak, amek accountancy..." hahaha...I know...what laaa kan?? giler buruk advice, but apepun..he followed my step.. dari SPM, Matrics and Degree pun amek accounts..at the same place plak tuh! heheehe... :)

anyways, since only mom and dad jer yang dapat attend his ceremony, big bro the workaholic of course laa keje, and lil sis, taking SPM this year takmo ponteng sekolah (what an angel!) , maka, ayah ajak amek gambar before they went off....tgh demam2 ni pun sanggup bangun semata untuk adek tersayang...hee :)

arrived at 7.30am, and no one was there yet, so main2 dulu ngan my lil boy kat outdoor court..

nak main basketball but pakai baju bola..ape cer..heee...

open house raya 2011

actually nak buat this entry last week, coz it was jalan2 beraya last 2 weekends but my card reader rosak, maka tunggu beli card reader baru boleh nak blog...what is blogging without pictures? boringggg.... ;p

anyways, i think this is the first time beraya (masa dah dewasa ni) pergi beraya banyakkkkk rumahh ...it was like back to back...dari pagi sampai malam..huhu...mmg perut full, badan penat but hati happy...nice to catch up with my friends...

anyways, first stop, nursery Aqil, yups...owner nursery aqil buat makan2 for raya at the nursery, Aqil was more excited playing at the playground, mama die plak sebok makan...

with the other moms and the nursery owner :)

then pergi rumah my SSP friend, Ieja, her house is superrrr gorgeous!!!mmg jatuh cinta pantang pertama...even mr hubs pun suka giler rumah ieja..hee...met my other SSP friends there... :) suka.. ;)

then pergi rumah baru elyn kat sungai buloh....her house pun cantik...besar giler.. :) masa ni perut dah penuh giler smpai takleh nak makan dah T__T

lastly pergi rumah lela kat nilai...met shila, fiza m, fatty, hikma, ija, erin, azz, madine there....terkilan sbb tak sempat jumpa dennis...still tak pernah her lil girl..T_T...but we had a blast..like usual...

Raya 2011

lambat giler ok entry raya, heee... Aqil broke my card reader, so tak best laa kan entry without pictures kan...:)

so anyways, for those who checks their phone and FBs on raya, they would know that my lil Aqil went to the Prince Court ER on first day raya T__T .. I know, very the sad kan? hehehe...anyways, he was having fever like every week, but normally lasted 1 1/2 days only, then on the last day of ramadhan, he had another round of fever, but this time, his temp tinggi semacm jer...just bagi panadol cm biasa and monitored his temp, sampai first day raya, kat umah the great-granma, his temp naik sampai 39.3 , trus decide pergi hospital, since it was his 2nd day demam, so they didnt take any blood test, just mandi, masukkan ubat, amek ubat then balik..tapi sempat laa pakai baju hospital kan.. :)

but before all the drama, sempat jugaklaaa pakai baju raya, salam raya, kutip duit raya and amek gambar raya ..heee...but not with the mom T__T

yes - I made both baju melayu for Aqil n hubs :) love the color!!!

anyways, plan nak balik johor on 2nd day raya, but Aqil demam still on off, we decided to wait, tgk his keadaan mcm mana....tgk petang tu die dah aktif bagai, ingatkan dah ok....packed our stuff, susun2 dalam kereta, then bertolak around 9pm...sebelum keluar check temp...37 ...normal.... terus gerak, berenti kat 7Eleven nak beli ais sbb bawak balik his ubat n all, tergerak hati nak check, 39.3! in a matter of minutes, trus menghala ke hospital selayang, jumpa doctor, amek darah, everything OK..just normal fever, doctor bagi ubat and antibiotics (sedih giler nak bagi sbb i have avoided giving aqil antibiotics sebelum ni...) but terpaksa kan..sebab demam die dah meleret2... maka...tak balik laa johor malam tu...stayed another night kat KL...

then the next morning....ANAK MAMA DAH SIHATTT..yippeee!!! and bersama2 family bertolak ke johor - my family balik kg belah ayah plak...

and we had breakfast at MCD!!

then singgah raya kat my aunts house in Melaka :)

after that terus ke kg hubby,

and I spent 3 days...

reading Harry Potter!!

outside, at the new taman my BIL made, by himself - giler rajin!! but mmg cantekk

and my son Aqil had tons of fun playing at the field, kejar angsa, main tanah...

he sure had a blast!!

well, thats all for Raya 2011..

I guess its still not too late to wish you guys.,...

its 2.57 am. sampai rumah tadi around 2am-ish..makan dinner (or more like supper) and started to go thru everything Kak Ana said to me after class...

what class? i'll talk about that in a different post.

tadi, after dah habis ceritakan masalah, bincang strategy dengan leader kesayangan ku , Salha, Kak Ana kebetulan baru habis sembang, lalu sebelah kitorang and gave me a bunch of advice....from setting my goal, about being strong and ignoring the negative vibes around me, about how Aisyah is a very strong name and a name that she really likes, sampaikan nama anak sulong kak Ana pun Aishah..and how she believes in me..and know I can go far in this business..

let me tell you about Kak Ana, she has been doing this business for almost 7 years, and she is the no 1 CDM in Malaysia, she has millions in savings, and have a few millions she put in trust funds for her kids, she once weigh 98kgs and now she is literally smaller than me (ehemm...jealous much) ..she has been to I-dont-know-how-much BUT A LOT of company trips all around the world and she's earning a 7 figure income, every month... but despite all this, she's a down to earth person, and she is generous....in terms of knowledge and wisdom...

even one fine day, when my husband decided to teman me to class ( this happened twice only) and saw Kak Ana give her talk, my husband said, and I quote, " Kak Ana ni sebenarnya tak buat kelas pun takpe, sbb die dah kat tahap yg sgt tinggi, tak yah turun tolong anak buah pun tak, tapi, die still buat, cara die ckp pun mmg nampak die nak tolong anak melayu..."

which is true....the class, is free... you dont have to pay a single cent when you join the class..and believe me, it teaches you so much more than any thousand ringgit motivational/business class out there...because why, you get input from speakers that have been thru all the ups and downs in business, you just go there and learn...and as long as you practice what you learn in class...insyaAllah you can get thru this business with flying colors...

after kak ana gave her advice, rasa terharu amat sangat....coz you can feel how sincere she is...how she truly believes in you.... seriously, its not easy to get people say positive things...even your own family can be condescending sometimes (but not mine of course) - your sibling, sepupu sepapat, makcik pakcik....not all of them supports you...not all of them think the best of you...tau nak mengondem jer...and they say they're family...duhh...

well...bukan nak cakap siapa2...but some people are like that..they cant help themselves, sebab itu penting bila kat kelas ni, you are surrounded by very positive people...who says YOU CAN...instead of...bolehke ko...or whatever..

having people who TRULY believe in you..is a gift from Allah to YOU.....

the other day, mr hubs stressed with work...asked me,

"buat ape yang kita suka or buat ape yang perlu"

so which one is important?

both are.

i told mr hubs, it all depends on the situation we are in... if you have the financial security, then by all means, do whatever that makes you happy,

but, if you're still on your way to achieve that financial stability, then you do what you must...if that must is going to work on weekends, or getting off from work late - like 12 midnight late, so be it..

like it or not, life is about money.

people say life is short. enjoy life. i say, people who say this are people who already have money. or someone who is diagnose with something very bad that they wont be living that very long...so no need to stress about money..

so tell me, if you dont have the money. how are you suppose to enjoy when you need to think about your house rent, your utilities, food, your kids education, and i tell you... EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE!!! nothings cheap nowadays..

for someone like me, I do what I must to do now for my family.

sure, being a housewife is something I wanted. something I love.

but the business side, to be honest, business is not something that comes naturally to me. both my parents are gov servant, and we dont have any business background what so ever... tak pernah berniaga my whole life..

my mom, once upon a time ago. pernah jugak join business ini and itu, but never went anywhere.... that was why my dad was so negative when i wanted to start this business...he said, you and your mom are "buyers'....and could never be "sellers".. klu berniaga mesti lingkup..." hehehe..he seriously said that... i guess me and my mom mmg suka shopping..

but I was determined. wanted to prove my dad that I could do this. so I did what I must. put my ego aside and LEARN. I attended classes. I was willing to learn from my leaders and listen to their instructions...

why? coz I know, I could earn more doing business, I can save more when I do business, I can go further in this business...I can support my family BETTER when I do this business...biarpun I need to scarifies a little of my time, but its worth it..

and alhamdulillah...now, my dad supports me 100% and I started savings (mase kerja dulu mmg takde extra money nak buat savings) and I have joined my first company's trip to Hong Kong and insyallah next year Holland...:)

business is not that hard. but not as easy as ABC...of course ade ups and downs..but I do what I must to get what I want..so that one day, I can do what I love :)

but thats about me and my journey in business.

for working people, if you were given a choice,

something you like to do, with lower salary. OR. something you dislike, with higher salary.

which one will you chose?

life is all about choices.. its your decision to make. and yours to live with...

* i had a different direction in my mind for this post. but ended in a different one. is it my mind? or my lack of power in writing. ape pun...atleast I got some of the points out right. *

Aqil is now 18 month - 19 this month.... going to be 2 years old very soon and he's still sleeping with mama n ba....I think its time for him to sleep in his own room... once he stops breastfeeding at 2 yo nnti :)

On that note, I need to start thinking of preparing his room, making it comfy and livable.. hehe...currently his room is full with ..hmm.... crap? no laaaa...unwanted things.... i got another 4-5 month to transform his room.... so now i'm looking for ideas and inspiration, 1st step..The Concept.. initially i wanted something smart n simple and clean..... but then I googleddd...boy how I regret googling coz now i'm torn into 100 different ways ...hmmm...

should I have something with a theme?
